Where Paper Meets Digital Reading

We are very happy to present the new project of La Lectora. A website that we believe represents a significant evolution in the way readers interact with digital content. With a new design that focuses on readability, this platform not only optimizes the reading experience, but also takes back the warm, traditional feel of paper. Its main objective is to solve the limitations detected in the previous version, offering a more intuitive and refined interface.

One of the improvements has been the modification of the logo. The new logo has been designed to reduce it to the primitive forms of the original typography characters and remove the artifice, while maintaining a link with the original essence of the project. This graphic update is a key element that contributes to consolidating La Lectora’s visual identity, making it more recognizable and attractive to a wider public.

In addition, to ensure that each article offers more complete and transparent information, the author’s name is displayed in a prominent position at the top of the page. This decision not only enriches the content, but also enhances the recognition of the creators, promoting a more direct connection between the author and his or her readers.

The footnotes have also received special attention. They have been reorganized and stylized to be clearer and more accessible, facilitating the understanding of additional details or references that complement the main article. This improvement responds to the need to provide context and extra information in an orderly manner, without interrupting the flow of reading.

We believe that La Lectora is much more than a simple visual update; it is a comprehensive overhaul that takes into account both aesthetic and functional aspects. With a structure that recalls the values of printed paper, the platform achieves a harmony between tradition and innovation, designed to offer a richer, more personalized and satisfying reading experience for all its users.
